Cancelation policy for scheduled services
At Got Dirt? we try to keep our prices reasonable along with keeping our housecleaners busy. We have this cancellation policy in effect to ensure that our prices don't go up due to wasted time and money spent going to jobs where we are locked out or having gaps in our schedule that could have been filled with another client. Please note for our clients who are disabled, terminally ill, fighting cancer, & elderly, this policy will not apply to you.
*48 hour cancelation notice needed for regular cleaning services, 72 hour notice needed for all deep clean, move in/out cleanings, and hourly packages. 30 day notice needed to cancel event cleanings. If canceled within time frame, there will be no fee charged. If cancelation occurs after time frame listed above but within 24 hours of appointment, there will be a 50% reschedule fee based on your original cleaning package that was scheduled. Should our crew arrive at your home and are locked out or we were not notified of a cacellation within the time frames listed above, you will be charged the full cleaning charge.*
